Terms of Service
The basis on which we work together.
Engagements
All work is governed by a written scope setting out deliverables, timelines and fees. Work begins once that scope is approved in writing by the client.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, an initial deposit is payable before commencement, with the balance due on delivery. Receipts are issued for every payment.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate records, data and instructions. Delays in providing materials may extend agreed timelines.
Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables prepared specifically for a client become the client's property. Templates, frameworks and methodologies developed by EHB Consults remain ours.
Research library use
Material in the research library is provided for reference and academic guidance. It must be properly cited and must not be submitted as a client's own original work.
Limitation of liability
Advice is provided in good faith based on the information supplied. EHB Consults is not liable for decisions taken on incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
