  • Account information, including login credentials for our web dashboard.
  • Payment information processed through our payment provider, Paystack. We do not store your card or bank account details ourselves; these are handled directly by Paystack under its own privacy and security practices.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the bookkeeping service, including recording and categorizing transactions you submit.
  • Communicate with you, including sending verification codes, service updates, and subscription-related notices via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email.
  • Process subscription payments.
  • Improve our services and troubleshoot issues.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. and Telegram, to deliver messages as part of the bookkeeping service.
  • Paystack, to process payments.
  • Service providers who help us operate our platform (such as our hosting and database providers), under obligations to protect your data.
  • Legal authorities, where required by law.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using reputable third-party infrastructure providers with industry-standard security measures. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
